The SI Victims Alliance is a non-profit organization of victims, by the victims and for the victims of the so called " Suruga Scheme " . Since 2014, we were fooled by the sales talk of Suruga Bank and real estate agents about the property investment business. The documents submitted (deposit balance, withholding slip, rent roll, and sales contract) at the time of loan approval were tempered with. This resulted in higher valuation of the property, and we received a loan that exceeded the real property value. Our organization is working to fight against this injustice and to gain a peaceful life again!
