Prerequisites for Membership
1. Compliance with membership rules
To join the SI Victims Alliance you need to agree to the membership rules.
2. Items to check to join this Alliance
Following four documents are required to join the alliance:
a. Property Sales Contract
b. Loan Agreement with Suruga Bank
c. Identification Card (e.g. driver’s license)
d. Tax Return Documents
3. Membership fee
To join this alliance, you need to pay the membership fee.
The membership fee is 5,200 yen (tax included) every month
4. Confidentiality
Please do not provide or leak the information obtained from this alliance to anyone other than those approved by the administrative team members or lawyers.
Our members are obliged to pay close attention to handling of sensitive information.
Personal information obtained by this alliance may be provided to an attorney, etc. to resolve this issue.
* It will not be used for anything other than solving this issue.
5. At the end
This alliance is an organization in which each member actively acts in accordance with the policy of this alliance.
It is not a service offering to solve the issue just by joining the alliance.
Please ensure that you fully understand this point.
Only those who are willing to fight together are welcome to join. It is an alliance by the victims and for the victims.
